We don’t replace therapy, advocacy, or medical care—we complement these essential services by providing support, education, and meaningful opportunities for people to reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater strength.

Our Focus
At Wholistic Wellness for Warriors, Inc., we believe support shouldn’t end when the crisis does. Our focus is helping women impacted by domestic violence, sexual trauma, and other difficult life experiences rebuild confidence, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater strength and independence.
Through restorative self-care, Reiki, trauma-informed wellness, self-esteem building, and practical life and employment-readiness support, our programs address both the emotional and everyday parts of rebuilding. From New Life, New You™ to the H.E.R. Program™, we create supportive, non-clinical spaces where women can rediscover their strengths, care for themselves, and begin envisioning what comes next.
We also continue to support individuals affected by cancer through compassionate oncology skincare and restorative self-care, providing comfort and care during a time when both the skin and sense of self can be deeply affected.
Every 3W Inc. program is built around dignity, compassion, and empowerment—meeting people where they are while helping them reconnect with who they are and feel supported as they take their next steps forward.
About the Founder
Chrystal Moore-Pilkington, LE, BA, RMT
Founder | Trauma-Informed Practitioner | Survivor Advocate | Holistic Educator
Chrystal Moore-Pilkington is a Master Aesthetician, Reiki Master Teacher, trauma-informed practitioner, and former human services professional with more than three decades of experience in aesthetics and nearly two decades of experience in social services, mental health, and survivor advocacy.
She is the founder of Wholistic Wellness for Warriors, Inc. (3W Inc.), a nonprofit dedicated to helping people affected by trauma, illness, and major life transitions restore confidence, reconnect with themselves, and move forward through compassionate, whole-person support.
Chrystal began her career in aesthetics in 1990 and later earned her BA in Sociology before transitioning into the social services field. For nearly two decades, she worked in direct-service roles supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, individuals experiencing homelessness, and people navigating mental health crises. Her work also included professional training and program development, and she served on the Board of Directors of CONNSACS and as Vice President of WOCCASA.
Her experience in both human services and aesthetics shaped a philosophy that continues to guide 3W Inc. today: healing and rebuilding can involve the whole person—how someone feels emotionally, how they experience their body, how they see themselves, and how prepared they feel to move forward with their life.
Through 3W Inc., Chrystal has developed programs and initiatives that address different parts of that journey.
New Life, New You™ supports women rebuilding their lives after domestic violence by helping restore self-esteem and confidence while providing practical employment-readiness and financial-empowerment support. The initiative may include restorative skincare and personal presentation, résumé preparation, interview skills, job-search readiness, and money-mindset education—all designed to help women feel stronger and more prepared as they work toward independence.
Oncology Skincare provides compassionate restorative skincare support for people affected by cancer treatment, with services and home-care support designed around the changing needs of compromised and treatment-affected skin.
The H.E.R. Program™ — Healing Emotions with Reiki provides a supportive group wellness experience for trauma survivors using Reiki, guided self-discovery, reflection, and holistic practices to encourage emotional wellness, self-connection, and restoration.
Chrystal's additional training includes Clinical Oncology Esthetics, Corneotherapy, Cannabis-Based Skincare, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, NeuroAffective Touch®, Reiki, and Chakra Healing. She is also the creator of SKINtuitive Esthetics™, an approach that explores the relationship between stress, emotional wellness, and the ways those experiences may be reflected in the skin.

How Our Programs Work
Wholistic Wellness for Warriors, Inc. provides compassionate, non-clinical programs designed to support people as they rebuild after trauma, navigate major life challenges, and reconnect with themselves. Our work brings together restorative self-care, emotional wellness, confidence building, and practical support to address parts of recovery and rebuilding that can sometimes remain after immediate crisis or medical care.
Our primary programs support women rebuilding after domestic violence and survivors of trauma, while our oncology skincare services provide restorative care for individuals affected by cancer and cancer treatment.
1. New Life, New You™ — Rebuilding After Domestic Violence
New Life, New You™ is an initiative of Wholistic Wellness for Warriors, Inc. created for women who have left abusive relationships and are beginning the process of rebuilding their lives. The program focuses on restoring confidence while strengthening practical skills that can support greater independence. Depending on the needs of participants and our community partners, support may include:

New Life, New You™ is designed to complement the advocacy, housing, counseling, legal, and crisis services already provided by domestic violence organizations. Whenever possible, we collaborate with established agencies so that programming can be offered within environments where survivors already feel safe and supported.
2. H.E.R. Program™ — Healing Emotions with Reiki
The H.E.R. Program™ provides a supportive group wellness experience for women affected by trauma. Through Reiki, guided self-discovery, reflection, and restorative self-care practices, participants are given intentional space to reconnect with themselves and nurture their emotional well-being.

H.E.R. is non-clinical and is not therapy or trauma treatment. It is designed to complement professional mental health and survivor-support services by providing another space for self-connection, reflection, and emotional wellness.
3. Oncology Skincare & Restorative Care
3W Inc. continues to support individuals affected by cancer through compassionate oncology skincare and restorative self-care.
Cancer treatment can affect the skin, comfort, confidence, and relationship a person has with their changing body. Our oncology-trained skincare services are designed to provide gentle, nurturing care appropriate to the unique needs of treatment-affected skin.
Support may include:

4. Community & Agency Partnerships
Collaboration is central to the work of 3W Inc. We seek partnerships with domestic violence and sexual assault organizations, community agencies, cancer-support organizations, wellness professionals, and other organizations serving people experiencing significant life transitions.
Programs may be provided through community-based events, agency-hosted programming, sponsored services, grants, charitable contributions, and other collaborative partnerships.
Working within established community organizations also allows us to respect the safety practices, professional standards, and existing support systems surrounding the people we serve.
5. Safety, Dignity & Scope of Care
Every 3W Inc. program is grounded in dignity, choice, respect, and personal boundaries. Participants are encouraged to engage only in the services and activities that feel appropriate for them.
Our programs are supportive and non-clinical. They do not replace psychotherapy, medical treatment, domestic violence advocacy, crisis intervention, financial counseling, legal assistance, or other licensed professional services.
Instead, 3W Inc. works alongside these systems of care—addressing self-care, confidence, emotional wellness, employment readiness, and other aspects of rebuilding that can help people begin feeling more connected to themselves and their future.
