Embark on a transformative 9-week journey of healing and empowerment with The Empowerment Journey Workshop. Led by Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Self-Care Guide Chrystal, this program integrates self-care practices and personalized workshops specifically designed for women who have encountered trauma.

Participants will explore workbook sessions, meditation, Chakra Healing circles, and self-care workshops, creating a nurturing environment to reclaim their identities and foster resilience. Chrystal's compassionate guidance and practical self-care techniques, combined with the support of a community, offer a comprehensive approach to self-exploration and empowerment.

Each participant is encouraged to rewrite their narrative, embracing a future filled with inner strength and self-compassion. Upon completion, participants receive a comprehensive manual and a class certificate, enabling them to continue their Reiki practice and self-care journey beyond the workshop.

A Reiki session for is a gentle, complementary therapy designed to support medical and mental health therapies. It involves a trained practitioner using hands-on or hands-off techniques to channel healing energy, promoting relaxation and emotional well-being. Patients remain fully clothed during the session, which typically lasts 30 minutes to an hour. While Reiki can offer comfort and alleviate stress, it is not a substitute for medical or mental health treatment and can be used alongside conventional care with a healthcare provider. 

This workshop aims to empower survivors with the knowledge and tools needed to nourish, heal, and care for their skin, as well as empower them through beauty and self-care.
